Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
