Getting a statement in the mail for a claim thAt has already been paid
Called several times always an excuse as to why the payment was post. The best answer was from frAn who handles the billing she has no control over the computer that's more than obvious when your being threaten with collections for a claim that has been paid dr gross man this women is making your practice look bad

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying
