Do not go here!! Or if you do, confirm your appointment before you go in to see this group! I called them on Friday for intense ear pain and an indifferent secretary slots me in for a 10:15am on Sunday. I then call on Sunday morning at 9am to confirm my appointment and the answering service tells me the office decided to close for this Sunday. oh....so what happens to my appointment? The answering service calls the doctor on-call, Dr. Park, another partner in this group. He says "I don't know if the office is open or not. You can try going and if it's closed, go to the emergency room. or try coming in tomorrow morning. You'll have to call tomorrow for an appointment." He then cuts me off mid-sentence and hangs up the phone. On the off-chance the answering system knew incorrectly I head into the office and sure enough, closed. Worst experience ever.

I am going to get to the point here. I waited 10min in the waiting room (which is not a bad waiting time) for a new patient. My son was seen by the Dr (mind you who was a new patient) for give or take 5min.--The doctor entered the waiting room called my sons name and walked into the exam room. There was no Hello my name is Dr. Mayer or you can follow me into this room. Once we entered the room, the Dr said "Take off your jacket" not can you please take of your jacket because etc... It was told to do so in a stern rushed attitude...The dr did not explain his steps on examining my son. Once he examined him, which took about 1 min he automatically said my option would be surgery. not knowing the history behind my sons problems or reviewing his previous records he said that would be the only step and there were no other treatments. As i asked questions he seemed to get annoyed and agitated. He was also was very uninformative. I asked him several questions about his practice and patience outcomes after opting into surgery and he was unable to answer. During this 5 min exam/talk, my son who is a toddler was exploring the room, and the dr said "lets go out, hes getting impatient" then rushed us out the room, where we continued to have our conversation in front of others. This is where i noticed he is either not fond of children or was rushing to get us out for the next patient. This Dr. is all about persuading you very quickly into having surgery. He and his staff are very rude and unprofessional as well as untrust worthy. I will be making a complaint to Human Services. I dont know how this Dr. still has his license. I hope that people take my review seriously and know this is no place to bring your children or even yourself. I tried to be to the point as possible, it may not seem that bad but trust me, one visit with him and you will never go back. I read a few reviews prior and thought to give him a chance anyway and turned out to be very disgusted and upset that i put my child in this position. As a parent we only want the best for our kids and this is far from the best.
