I went to this office for the first time with my kid who just turned 18. She had a suspicious mole and we thought it should be checked out. We both were in the exam room when the doctor came in, she spoke only to my daughter and didn't acknowledge me at all. When I asked her a question, she looked at me like i was intruding and curtly answered. When I stepped out of the room to pay the bill (because, I am the one paying!), they told my daughter she could come by herself next time. Guess what staff and doctor? My daughter and I have a close relationship and she wanted me there. I found this to be very unprofessional and so did my ADULT daughter. Funny, they had no problem taking MY check.. We go here for location, that is it!

Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.

I was very displeased with this office. I never actually saw the doctor, just her assistants. But what really got me was there policy of not giving test results over the phone even when they come back negative! My son and I had to wait an hour to be told his results were negative,then they charge you for an office visit! I do not recommend this doctor .

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
