When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They use physicians assistants (PA), which in other offices have been terrific. But at this office, they are rude, rushed and incompetent. So I scheduled an appointment to see the Doctor, not a PA. She walked into the room, introduced herself, then left. Sent a PA in to handle me. Never saw the doctor again. Unbelievable!! The only thing this doctor is competent at is pushing people through her office assembly line, and collecting money from insurance companies. Bottom line - this is a money mill. The doctor and PAs are not to be trusted if you have dermatology concerns.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

It could have used some cleaning

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

I mad an appointment 4 weeks in advance to see doctor vs PA. Receptionists were great. I waited in waiting room for 45 minutes and then waited another 45 in exam room - wearing paper gown / no magazines etc.....
PA and nurse examined me and told me all areas of concern were okay and that I should come back in a year.
I asked if doctor was coming in and was told that if I really wanted her to she would stop in and give me the all clear. Another 10 minutes later Dr McCormack came in, touched something that I didn't even know was on my back and said ir should " come off". No details other than mole coloring was multicolored and this could lead to a problem down the road. Not happy with her patient report & I will not be back..

My family and I have been visiting this doctor for a few years. We always have to wait weeks for an appointment and have NEVER seen the actual doctors, only PA's. My recent visit was the last straw because I was kept waiting in an exam room in a paper gown for an hour while listening to the PA take care of patients who came in after me and have personal conversations with the rest of the staff in between patients. After an hour I explained to the office why I was leaving and never even got an apology from anyone. I will never go to this office again!
