Dr Motensen entered the office without ever seeing me or reviewing my chart and ask me about my symptoms. Without me even completely answering her question about my symptoms, without examining me or looking at my chart or knowing my history she quickly told me that I had a viral sinus infection and would not be issuing any prescriptions, all done in a very arrogant and condescending tone. It may have been her way of expressing her superior knowledge to the intern that she brought into the examination room with her. The worst bedside manner I've ever experienced first hand.
When I ask her how she could be so sure without knowing my history or reviewing my chart or examining me she stated very arrogantly "Well I can look into your ears".

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
