They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Dr. Lucasti is very thorough and caring.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
