It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and hurt my back while waiting for my child's appointment.
one major complaint I have, is when I call the on call service on the weekends, the message says you will receive a call back within one to two hours for non emergency. Tonight I have waited 4 hours until I got the first call back. Thank god I'm a nurse and I have some medical knowledge, but just needed a dosage question answered for allergies. Then she left me a message with no number to call back, because I was putting my kids to bed when I received a call back. This is unacceptable in my book, especially dealing with children.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely not. They didn't know anything about child safety or nutrition

All the time! I think they're just trying to make money off me

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
