You can never get an appt to see the doctor. The office says it's open when it's not. The receptionist leaves the office whenever she feels like closing the offfice. Dr. Ma's bedside manner is horrible. She has no compassion for people's pain. How she made it this far is a mystery. Horrible Doctor and horrible practice!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY!
