Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
