I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They take every concern of mine very seriously. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.They were always very considerate and professional.

The physician paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
