Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I got every single question I had answered during my visit. They gave me so much information that I feel like an expert on my condition! The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
