I have been going to Sharon & Sanydbefore they branched out on their own. If only doctors were as thorough, diligent and competent as NP.Their knowledge and compassion are so far above anything I've experienced anywhere having lived around the world, that I'm so happy I found them at my original doctor's office here. It was Sandy who told me I should be under the care of a specialist, after years of being seen by my GP in the same office, who had never suggested it. Since then that specialist diagnosed my diabetes and neuropathy which the doctor hadn't bothered to take seriously .

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

i WILL NOT go with your canned approach for these fine professionals. They are the best at what they do.

That's about all I have to say about that - but wait...I digress. I have never had finer care provided to me than from these ladies. I was with them prior to their new business venture with my primary care physician who I had never seen. The nurse practicitioners always took care of me for the past ten years.

THEY ARE THE VERY BEST THAT I'VE DISCOVERED - PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH OTHERS

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
