Office is pleasant. Records appear not to be computerized. Last visit I was left in the examining room 45" with nobody explaining the delay or apologizing for it.

Dr Brown was well recommended. He did cataract surgery on both my eyes. I am still having trouble esp. driving/ I do ask him questions but he tends to answer in v. long paragraphs and I am not getting "just the facts."

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I have been going to Dr Robert Brown for many years. Not only is he knowledgeable in his field, but he is also a kind and caring man. I think there is no bigger compliment to him as a doctor and as a person than to have all of his children practicing in the same office. He must have done something right. I recommend Dr Brown ( and all of the other Dr Browns) highly.
