They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.
