Dr. Roth is a very nice man. He explains everything well. HOWEVER, his staff is the most inept and negligent bunch of idiots I have encountered in the medical field. The day of my first visit I was sent to have a procedure done. I was asked for something else and I told them no. They immediately wanted me to fax them the record which I did 30 minutes after leaving his office. A few days later I called to confirm a piece of info and I learned that I was booked on 2 different days for the same procedure. Two days before my procedure, I called to confirm everything and was told I needed to get something else done. in the meantime no one communicated it to me. To explain any of this except for 2 days prior. Inept, Negligent, poor management and communication. I wonder if Dr. Roth is like this...Not going to find out. Now I'm concerned.
