Dr. Irani is an excellent Gynecology. I never attended before, however my primary physician referred me due that my condition. When I visited Dr. Irani , she performed all the test that I needed and medications. Since 2015 I visit Dr. Irani. She is the best doctor, I have it. I extremely recommended any one to visit Dr. Irany and her daughter. They are not only professionals, but also compassionated with their patients.

If I could give Dr. Irani and her office staff 0 stars I would, but that was not an option. I made my appointment for a 2nd opinion due to a complex cystic mass on my right ovary. I've had issues before where I've required emergency surgery and wanted a second opinion. After waiting an hour in the waiting room when I was the first appointment of the day, the front desk staff yells across the waiting room to me to ask what my issue is... Are you kidding me?? HIPAA! (Not to mention, it took the office staff 40 minutes to scan my insurance card & photo ID), I was brought back into the consultation room. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I was told I couldn't be seen today because she was unaware that I was there for a 2nd opinion and that she didn't have time because she was running behind and I would have to reschedule. I was very frustrated and showed the nurse my ultrasound report. The nurse then came back and said that Dr. Irani doesn't deal with complex ovarian cystic structures even though it's listed under her services/specialty areas on her webpage. The nurse then gave me a referral for a gynecological oncologist and a uretogynecological specialist. I was not allowed to even have 1 word with the doctor herself. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Dr. Irani is great! Very knowledgeable and caring about the patients.
Why a 2.5 star? The front desk clerk are very rude, confused and need to be trained. Although you have an appt schedule, they go by the time you sign in. So if someone with an appt an hour after yours arrives before you, they put them first. When you question your waiting time they are rude in their response.

I waited 1.5 after my scheduled time before I was seen by the doctor.

Worst customer service ever. The front desk staff is beyond rude and uneducated. The staff that works there is too concerned chatty or talking about patients passively aggressively to one another. I would never recommended coming here to anyone unless you want to wait another for an hour or more to see a doctor or specialist. Word to the wise, go someplace else.

Worst front desk service. They stand there talking amongst themselves when you're waiting for them to make you copies, give you prescriptions, and even questions about signing in. When you call they tell you they'll call u back, but they don't. The wait time is outrageous. She is not gentle and additionally rude.

I had been referred to Dr. Irani from my G.P. after several bad experiences with my prior OBGYN. Dr. Irani addressed and resolved my issue in an exam in her office that my prior OBGYN diagnosed as something that would require costly surgery. Yes, there was a wait - I have never had an OBGYN appointment that didn't, but I understood why when she took her time and devoted her attention to me and my needs during the visit.
