They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I love Dr Khan. She always makes the time to answer my questions. Her exams are pain free.

During my 8th month of pregnancy I told Dr Khan I saw spots & my blood pressure was high. She dismissed it & said my BP was fine. While I was at JFK after delivery I got very swollen. I asked Dr Khan if I needed a diuretic & she said no. At night after being discharged my BP was 155/97 & I called them & Dr Wong told me literally “YOU ARE HAVING A PANIC ATACK JUST GO TO SLEEP” My mom insisted I go to an ER. I went to Union ER where I was diagnosed with preeclampsia, which Dr Khan & Wong missed. I was transferred to JFK where Dr Wong couldn’t do anything for me & called a cardiologist. Dr Wong never apologized for her rudeness & misdiagnosis. After the cardiologist gave me a diuretic & meds, a couple of days in the ICU & CCU I was released. My new OBGYN saw my records & said he wouldn’t have discharged me with a BP 153/90. Based on my experience Dr Khan & Wong don’t seem to know how to check or handle complications, so I’d recommend you find another OBGYN & have a BP meter at home
