I am so grateful to Dr. Healy's secretary who squeezed me in when I sustained a toe injury and needed to see a dr 2 days after the emergency room for followup. If a practice is busy, it usually means they are a excellent practice. I called all of my friend's doctors and they were either in surgery or booked, so I called my doctor's office and they referred me to Dr. Healy. I am so happy they did.

The staff was so helpful helping me balance as I am new with crutches and taking off my bandages carefully and slowly at my pace so as to hurt less. While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. The chairs were so comfy and it was nice to sit and relax before my appointment. They had HDTV on which is enjoyable to watch for everyone. The office was busy, but the patients were seen quickly. Even though I was a new patient, the doctor spent the time I needed explaining things to me and asking me questions about my treatment in the emergency room. I would definitely recommend Dr. Healy to others. I even love his name - "heal."

Dr Kevin Healy, Podiatrist? RUN AWAY as fast as you can. I made my first initial appointment on May 19, 2012. I was told it usually takes 5-6 weeks to get a fungal culture result back. Sometimes they get it back sooner, within 3 weeks.

Anyway, I called 3 weeks later for the fungal culture results for hubby & they said they still didn't hear back from the lab. I for FOUR weeks consecutively, once every single week, and still received the same answer- "we haven't gotten back the results, we will call them to see if it's ready, and if it is, we'll request it faxed over & the Dr will call you". I made numerous phone calls, switching between of Sue & Shakeema. Finally a month later, June 29th, I get a call that the lab never received hubby's culture results and they want me to come in to do it again. Seriously???!!!

They are simply lazy and don't care about the patients. There's not an ounce of sincerity in their voices, nor do they care about patients. I am disgusted that my busy husband took time out of work to make an appointment these people and almost 2 months later. Dr. Kevin Healy came on the phone to pacify me stating he will address this issue with his staff and he doesn't know why he was never informed about my calls.

Like I said, RUN AWAY & find another doctor who has people working for him that actually cares!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
