Mr. Neal Zimmerman was extremely rude in a recent appointment. He has a nasty attitude and ego because he has an MD after his name. He needs to treat customers and others he comes in contact with better. After my previous encounter, I will not ever return to this man again.

The one thing that I really enjoy about the Dr. Zimmerman's office is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Professionalism is always exhibited throughout the entire staff. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call promptly. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

No, they didn't wear any cologne
