They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional. I made a lot of progress after visiting them. The only negative is that there seem to be some coordination/communication issues between the several offices he travels among (I believe there are at least 3 of them), so getting an answer or med change quickly can be a problem.
