They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. In an emergency situation, I found her to be arrogant, dismissive of my feelings, and offered no consideration for my concerns. Never again will I work with a midwife.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, Their staff is friendly. I have been a patient since my last child was born and after my first visit wished I had found Ms. Withington much sooner! She helps make even the most uncomfortable visits & concerns easier.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
