The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The waiting times are loooong but they reschedule you if you are more than 15 minutes late, I think that is completely unfair. but Dr. Prakash is a good doctor and good to his patients and worth the wait. He is the only doctor so you know what you are going to get when you get there. He has been in practice and my children's only doctor since moving to Norwich in 2001.
