Recently had a total shoulder replacement performed by Dr. Barnett
I am 3 months out and recovering ahead of schedule. I credit my recovery to Dr. Barnett's surgical approach and the physical therapy plan he outlined.
Dr. Barnett went through every detail of the surgery with me. He took the time to answer all my questions and discussed my post surgery activities, restrictions, etc. I was well informed and did not have any post op surprises.
Completely Satisfied with Dr. Barnett.
A special THANKS to Cathleen, PA-C and Lisa in office. They were exceptional.

This is the worst practice ever and my worst visit to any doctors ever. I've been to 100s of doctors over my life and never had any issue until this practice.

Where do i start? I checked in and immediately was harassed by the front office employees. I filled out printed forms that was on their website because i was unable to access online link that they sent me ( they inputted my wrong DOB). The front lady threw the paper right in my face and started yelling at me. I should have walked out right at this moment and i regret that.

Yes i do not speak perfect english and i am a minority but never had anyone treat me like this including the doctor. Doctor was quick judgemental without asking more questions and looking at my history. I'm sure hes a good surgeon and thats why i went in but definitely not someone i would recommend if you need someone who will spent time to understand and review your info.

I wish if they had issue with my appointment ( i.e paperwork issue), they could have just rescheduled me and i would have gladly drove 1 hour again another time for it. But instead they showed their frustatation and authority on me while demaning me in front of other people. I feel this would have not been an issue if i wasnt a minorty. Just my thoughts.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

The secretary for Dr. Barnett is rude, classless, and very unprofessional. I just tried to reschedule an appointment with her through insurance, and she seemed like she couldn't even be bothered. Although I am aware that the call was placed at 4:20 [10 minutes before her quitting time] there was NO reason for her attitude! She then claimed she put me on hold, when she actually hung up on me. When I called back, she said she didn't. So, now she's calling me a liar. She is the WORST receptionist/secretary I've EVER had to deal with. I HOPE THEY GET RID OF HER FAST!!!!!

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Dr. Barnett is qualified and knowledgeable. He has a relaxed manner. He has enough experience that he can do his job well. The only issue I have is the waiting. I have to plan on at least an hour wait past my appt. time, if I am lucky. That is the nature of an orthopedic practice. Emergencies happen. People don't blow out thier knees or break their hips on a schedule. But it is worth the wait. Try to get first morning appt. or after lunch.
