The staff here is nice enough. Usually I take my 9 year old to see Dr. Letora and he is always so nice and helpful to my son and I. But on this particular day he was not available so we had to see Dr. Newman. I have never encountered such a rude "professional" in my life (and I work in the medical field). Totally unprofessional. They made a pair of glasses for my son in November and by now (feb) he is having trouble seeing. Dr. Newman says to my son and I QUOTE "I've been doing this a long time and I know when someone is not trying to see" WHAT?? I was in shock, I didn't even know how to respond. Long story short, my son was in tears when we left and didn't want to pick out new glasses. He also snapped at my daughter for "almost touching" a pair of frames. Dr. Newman you are just a miserable person.. I feel bad for Dr. Lertora because he is a polar opposite. Anyways if you can avoid it do not go here. I've been a patient since before I had my son but this visit with dr. Newman is causing me to cut ties. Good look! Sincerely, mad mom!!

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant

DO NOT go to Newman, He only wants your money, and doesn't care ANYTHING about you. I have never had an experience like this with a doctor, and I am so turned off by the unprofessional care. First, he kept me waiting for 45 minutes AFTER my appointment, was extremely rude to me for no reason, and took phone calls while I was already late to get back to work. Then told the nurse I was getting glasses from them as I never said I was. He just wants your money, there are plenty of good doctors in the area, do not waster your time with this fraud.
Finally, when I called for a complaint and asked to sepak to him, do you think he called me back? nope, he's too scared for that. he had his office manager call me who was another miserable bitch. STAY AWAY!! Thanks!
