Ignored my requests (in multiple years) for a different kind of prescription, for a ridiculous reason. Didn't tell me that a visit wouldn't be covered by insurance until AFTER the visit. Kept giving me the wrong meds for an infection, and tried to blame it on something irrelevant (breastfeeding).
They tried to make an effort to be kind of friendly throughout my appointment, but I wasn't very impressed because it seemed slightly forced. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They sold glasses at their practice, but their selection was just terrible. There was nothing there that I liked. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
