I agree that both doctor schneebaum and staff seemed very cold and uncaring, which is why I stopped seeing them.

If I could give less than one star I would! Everyone on staff especially Dr Schneebaum was not only rude but very condescending. They have absolutely no patience and made you feel rushed. If you tried to ask questions she didn't want to hear them and spoke over you. The one and only person that was very nice and seemed like she cared was the receptionist Barbara. She was wonderful!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Absolutely not. I even asked for advice, but was ignored!

The staff went above and beyond what I ever expected them to. They were so warm and friendly. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
