I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They make absolutely no effort to return any of my phone calls. I've never received a call back from them. Horrible Dr Office I walked out!!!!!!
