Went there for v=chest pain and waited over 75 minutes. While waiting a fat girl tried to sell me a flu shot. I had to walk out. He and his staff is the problem with health care, they should be in retail.

It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
