Dr. Wolfgang is great....the office staff, no.
After checking in, I was left to sit in the waiting room for over 40 minutes. When I went to find out how much longer the wait would be, I was told that I had cancelled the appointment that morning (which I obviously hadn't). They were just going to let me sit there until they went home. Now to top it off, I just had a computer call me to confirm an appointment with the wrong person. I wish that there was a way to let the Doctor know how bad the people he works with are; but you can't talk to him without an appointment, and they made it with the wrong person!
