I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My child absolutely loves Barbara Coghlin, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

No, they don't over-treat my child

They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They also don't care if you have hit hard times and don't have money for the copay ... If you don't pay $20 owed they won't see the child until you pay... Other MD clinics are more than willing to understand and give breaks or wavers... Check Providence Community Health Clincs they are a Wonderful Full service clinics with such big hearted employees !

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

Not really, they should have made more of an effort
