Dr. Encarnation is a horrible, horrible doctor!!! Took me over a mo. and call after call, and she would not call me to give me my blood results. I had to show up there for them to send them, and to give to another doctor to get my results. Worst Experience Ever!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
