They have been verg good to me. Honestly, helped me out for a New Year s eve party. I was out of contacts and had to make a new appointment before I could purchase more. The staff made an appointment for me and slid a complimentary pair of dailys ( my perscription) my way. I was able to go to my party in contacts instead of glasses. However, I will never say her name! She deserves no problems with this good deed! Only rewards:-) thank you!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

A warning to others that the office, though inside a Lenscrafters shop, has their own no-refund/no-return policy for contact lenses. They said that there was a sign indicating the no returns/no refund policy but the office was busy, I didn't see it, nor did the receptionist who took my money mention it to me. I needed to return them unopened as another family member had submitted an order through another vendor for an updated prescription. When I called about this, I was told flatly and briskly what their policy is. I filed a complaint with Lenscrafters and received a call from McQueen's office telling me the same thing. I am out $400 and don't plan to return to that office.

Dr. McQueen seems to be an adequate and capable physician, and the office staff are nice. However, his office manager is incredibly callous, insensitive and extremely rude! I will NOT be going back to someone who employs such an awful person!
