They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I've been Dr.Reed's patient for a while but it was my first time to Plymouth office. The chairs in the waiting room are so filthy I had to cover seat with paper towels to be able to sit. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
