Dr Crawford called me at the end of his work day, he spoke with me for almost 30 minutes and explained to me what was going on with my swollen optic nerve. Another neuro-opthamologist told me that if I stay on a particular medication that didn't agree with me i would go blind. This other doctor told me that and offered no alternative treatment. Dr Crawford took a half hour of his personal time to listen to me , talk to me about alternative options and just ease my anxiety. Dr Crawford is an amazing doctor and this really shows to me that he absolutely cares about his patients. he's fantastic

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
