I went to see Dr. Jensen as a patient recently and had a wonderful experience. She made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff was warm and welcoming. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Yes I did have to present my insurance card at the time of the visit but I have never been to a Dr when I was able to be seen without it. Unfortunately in todays world with all the idnentiy theft that goes on having the card in hand and showing your ID is the only way to know that insurance is yours. Somewhat like a credit card it would be easy for someone to take your ID numbers into a Dr. and pass it off as their own. I appreciate stores who ask for my ID when I use my credit card as well as physican offices needing the Inusrance and ID cards to ensure my privacy and identity are protected.

My experience with this office was wonderful. From the first contact on the phone to the end of the visit. Everyone was kind and courteous. Dr. Jensen spent a great deal of time looking at my skin and helping me decide best treatment options for my skin condition. She was amazing! And helped me with issues that have afflicted me for years!!
The office staff and nursing staff were very friendly and kind!
I will recommend this office to everyone I know!
