I was broken out with a rash over a holiday weekend. The staff was able to get me in the next morning. dr Jensen gave me a prescription which cleared me in a day. I finally slept through the night. I was so happy to get service so quickly and got back to work by the next morning.
I appreciated the front desk staff helping me get in and the quick treatment and clearance of my rash!

I visited her after being referred by a friend. My acne--which has been treated by another dermatologist for years--has finally cleared. I am so happy and recommend Dr. Jensen to all my friends and family. Great care!!!

All I can say is “THANK YOU, THANK YOU, and THANK YOU! I called to make an appointment with this office after hearing such great reviews from my neighbor. He stressed how wonderful the entire office was not to mention the doctor. I was asked questions about my insurance (which was NOT a problem) and about my address and other contact info again not a problem. I felt the office was striving to protect my identity by making sure I was the actual card holder…. WOW with all of the identity theft going on I felt this office was definitely working hard to protect my interest. Kudos’!! I was then asked which day and time would work best for my schedule which I thought was different than other offices because they would simply rattle off their next available or just giving me what worked best for them. I felted truly welcome and that they were eager for my business so I enthusiastically gave her what she needed to accomplish this and she made my appointment. It was just as my neighbor said, the office was very clean and cozy, the front desk greeted me immediately upon arrival, and after sitting for maybe 3-5 minutes if that long I was taken to a room. My concerns were addressed I felt at ease and reassured that my concerns was nothing to worry about. I truly had a wonderful experience at Regional Dermatology and I will “without a doubt” spread the word that this office is truly a blessing from above to be here in our Festus/Crystal City area. Keep up the good work, and please do not let ignorant, absent-minded, and foolish chatter spoil the professionalism and integrity of dream.
