Never had a problem getting an appointment in Winthrop office. Dr. Garibaldi & Staff are very friendly. No long waiting period for your appointment. Very satisfied with them.

Very difficult time trying to make initial appointment and very difficult time trying to make follow up appointments. When calling the office it goes to voicemail, a message is left with a call back number and it can 2 days if lucky for someone to call back. At times they have not called back at all! Unable to get needed information in a timely fashion.
I believe Dr. Garabaldi is competent but his front office staff is making this whole experience intolerable. Am thinking of transferring my care to another facility.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
