I had a very bad experience during a recent visit to Dr. Rosemark's office. The equipment was outdated and antiquated. I got the impression that Dr. Rosemark was in a rush to get me out the door as quickly as possible. He asked me the same questions multiple times, indicating that he wasn't listening to what I was saying.
I had a few specific questions for him and he didn't give me a straight answer or reassure me at all. I felt very frustrated that he was not being attentive to my questions and concerns at all.
Additionally - he ended up charging me more for my contact lenses than we had agreed on when I left the practice. Neither Dr. Rosemark or his wife/office manager Barbara would return any of my correspondence asking for a compensation for this over charge.
I will never go back to this practice and would warn others to stay away if at all possible. I am not usually one to write reviews but I had such a poor experience that I felt it was necessary to let other potential patients know what they might be getting themselves into with this practice!
Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are so courteous when it comes to offering glasses repairs or adjustments. They'll fix them right in front of you, no waiting necessary.
