Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I had a medical problem after a procedure (not a good thing), and called the doctor for days without hearing a word. Finally I got the on-call Doctor who was not in the practice, I think she was in Pakistan, who said I needed to see the doctor immediately. When I called the next day the receptionist said, "Go to the ER, and don't bother us any more". Bother? All I was doing was following their on-call instructions. Apparently it isn't profitable to do anything but procedures. Seeing a patient takes away from Golf.

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
