The doctor was pleasant but I'm a diabetic and all he did was cut my toenails and ask if my blood sugar was under control. I went to him for several years thinking that this was how it was supposed to be. Then I moved and started seeing a "real" podiatrist and he did all kinds of tests on my feet and toes with instruments that Dr. Carroll never once did as well as cut my nails. Dr. Carroll pretty much rushed me out. Only felt the pulses in my feet one time in the several years I went to him. I can't believe he's gotten so many good reviews because my experience with him was that he was very lax in his care.
