Dr. Gushard seems to be a professional physician. His assistant was great. His staff are completely unprofessional, arrogant, rude and downright bullies. Unless his staff has sensitivity training stay away!

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
