The visits I've made have been for my mother-in-law and my father. They made sure every single question we had was answered, and were always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so impressed with the progress they was able to make after visiting them. All our questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They have returned several times, and both were VERY with the experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. On a couple of occasions they took damaged equipment and repaired it without an appt.. Great customer service!
