Metrowest Oral Surgical Associates is a great place overall but my last visit with Dr. Ouano was atrocious. Every time I tried to speak to explain something he would put his hand up and say "no let me speak." I went in for a follow up post-wisdom tooth extraction and explained to the Dr. that my mouth was extremely sore and that it made it hard to sleep at night. I explained that I only had 4 of the pain meds left and was concerned it would not last me through the weekend. He immediately cut me off and stated he would give me Vicodin. I instructed him that I could not be prescribed Vicodin as it made me throw up. I should not of even had to do that since it is in my medical record. He immediately said he was skeptical that a weaker pain med would make me sick and it seemed like I was just trying to get stronger medication and that I would probably get black listed at the pharmacy for being a pill abuser. When I attempted to explain to him that I didn't want a full script, just enough for the weekend and that I was on enough pain meds in the past for a fractured back, kidney stones, etc... to understand what works and what doesn't, he cut me off and asked the nurse to take care of things and walked out. I had not even finished asking about other concerns I had. This was the WORST experience I have ever encountered at an office and if it was not for Dr. Pittmans great personality I would never go back. I have never been made to feel so small by someone who knew nothing about me.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Yes, extremely spacious

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
