They are so courteous when it comes to offering glasses repairs or adjustments. They'll fix them right in front of you, no waiting necessary. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I was really disappointed with how inaccurate my prescription was after visiting them. My vision was screwed up for weeks and I ended up having to go to someone else to finally be able to see properly. They refuse to communicate and really do not care about anything

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
