Dr. Brusie is a well trained, highly experienced, honest, cautious, and extremely capable surgeon and ophthalmologist. His standards are extremely high, and his professional manner with his patients is excellent. People are lucky to have him available.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I was referred to this office to check the possibility of glaucoma. I was scared and worried. The people in this office were wonderful! They are compassionate and helped me check insurance coverage when I needed further tests. I am a patient there now and don't plan on leaving. It is a comfortable atmosphere with caring people.
