They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats since there were only three. The doctor himself was cold and unfriendly. He interrupted me constantly and I was not able to ask questions or tell him my symptoms. He seemed angry at me, as if I were wasting his time....time I paid for.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I have already given them multiple good recommendations to my loved ones. If anyone was in need of a gastroenterologist, I would totally direct them here.
Not is the review, above, how my husband and I feel about Dr. Dunzendorfer, but he will sometimes take his own calls if his receptionist is busy. I have had to have three colonoscopies done by Dr. D. and my husband has had two. Dr. D., also, correctly diagnosed my husband's celiac disease.
I would highly recommend him. Furthermore, his office staff is efficient, compassionate and friendly.
The facility that Dr. Dunzendorfer uses, which is located on Eagle St. in Pittsfield, MA, also, has wonderful staff and the ease of parking is essential for those of us who are elderly.

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
