The staff was courteous and the Dr Kareem I'm sure is well educated and is an expert in his field. I gave a low rating because of his manner and his way of speaking with me as a patient. He talked down to me. He assessed me by the way I looked. He dismissed my statement of why I was there and said he knew why I was there. He kept cutting me off while I tried to speak. And altered many of my responses. His manner made me feel like he did not respect me. It made me feel sad for him. I cannot in good faith recommend him. I want more in any medical professional.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
i think dr. kareem is a very knowledgeable doctor with a very caring bedside manor. office staff is very officiant and kind and helpful always.
