They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Dr. Toscher is such a gentleman. I have been to a few for my little baby. He was the 1st Dr. to give me a glimmer of hope. Thank you. I just wanted to hug him.

I was happy with the equipment they used during my appointment. Everything seemed safe and current. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I have long known that I have a problem with my ability to hear, but just kept putting off getting help. Getting my ears checked here has ended up being one of the best decisions I have made because now I finally have answers about my hearing loss. My condition was fully explained to me in a very clear and concise manner and am now able to hear and enjoy life again. I was very happy with the equipment they used during my appointment. I have never seen more advanced tools, and I knew they were extremely safe. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
