I was surprised when I saw so few of Drs patients had taken a moment or two to sing his and his staffs praises. They are the very best. Dr Gary is clearly at the top of his game and implements all the most up to the date, state of the art technology and knowledge. They have the patience, consideration,and sincere concern for their patients optimum care and improvement. I highly and without reservation recommend Dr Gary Cote and his wonderful staff to anyone experiencing hearing loss.

I came in to ask for help with facilitating the repair of a hearing aid. I had verbal authorization from the UCSD Medical Center, where the aid was damaged, but he refused to even send the aid in for repair until he got paid. I am livid! He couldn't even be bothered to ship the aid to the company for repair before he got paid. He wasn't going to be billed for the repair until after the company sent it back to him anyway, and I'm sure UCSD would have paid him by then. I just want to be able to hear! His actions and that of his staff were completely unprofessional.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was totally satisfied with the service and the hospitality here. They really know how to take care of your needs. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
